The App does not require account registration. Using the App does not involve collecting personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

The App does not incorporate any tracking mechanisms, including analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or crash reporting SDKs. It does not measure usage activity.

All recorded data (drinking records, weekly plans, settings, etc.) is stored entirely on your device. The Developer operates no server, and the App never transmits your data externally. The Developer has no way to view your records.

Data on your device is included in your device's iCloud backup and is used to carry your data over when you switch devices. This is a standard iOS feature; backup settings can be checked in the iPhone Settings app.

HealthKit integration is an optional feature that is off by default. When turned on, part of your records (drink count and estimated calories) is written to the Health app. The App never reads data from HealthKit.

Other apps you have granted sharing permission to in the Health app may be able to read the data that is written out. The scope of sharing can be checked in the Health app.

Purchases and subscriptions for premium features are processed through Apple's App Store. The Developer never receives or retains payment information such as credit card numbers.

The App's "Wishlist Gauge" feature lets you register links to Amazon and Rakuten product pages. These links may generate referral fees through affiliate programs, and any such placements are labeled as advertising (PR). Data handling on linked sites is governed by each site's own privacy policy.

All notifications from the App are local notifications scheduled entirely on your device. The App does not communicate with any external server for notifications. Notifications can be turned on or off by type in the Settings screen.

Recorded data can be deleted entirely at any time from the App's Settings. If you delete the App from your device, the data on your device is also deleted. Data included in past iCloud backups can be deleted from iCloud backup management.

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the content of your message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not provided to third parties except as required by law.

If this Policy is revised, the update will be published on this page. Significant changes will also be announced in the App Store update notes.
