Frequently Asked Questions

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored entirely on your device. The App never transmits data externally. Data on your device is included in your device's iCloud backup and is used to carry it over when you switch devices.

What should I do when I switch to a new device?

Restoring from an iCloud backup (or a computer backup) — a standard iOS feature — to your new device will carry your records over as well. Backup settings can be checked in the iPhone Settings app.

How do I cancel the monthly plan?

The monthly plan is managed through Apple's subscription feature. Tap your name in the iPhone Settings app, then select "飲み曜日" under "Subscriptions" to cancel at any time. After canceling, you can keep using the plan until the end of the period you already paid for. See Article 5 of the Terms of Use for details.

The one-time purchase plan is not a subscription, so there is no cancellation process.

Can I get a refund for a purchase?

Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one from Apple's "Report a Problem" page.

Can I delete all of my recorded data?

You can delete it at any time from the App's "Settings" → "Data" → "Delete All Data." You can also export your records as a CSV file before deleting. If you delete the App from your device, the data on your device is also deleted.

Who can read the data written to Health?

When HealthKit integration is turned on, part of your records is written to the Health app. Other apps you have granted sharing permission to in the Health app may be able to read that data. The scope of sharing can be checked in the Health app.

Where to Get Help with Drinking

If you feel unable to control your drinking, support is available. Your local public health center or mental health and welfare center accepts consultations about alcohol use. You can also talk to a healthcare provider you trust. Talking to someone is one option worth considering.
